Abstract
This thesis is a study of the narrative styles in Laurent Gaude’s
literary diction through his novels ( The death of king Tsongor
- The sun of the Scortas – Eldorado )
At the first part , I did a narrative reading to Laurent Gaude’s
mentioned works through some narrative styles that are
available through the science of narration , whereas that step
was necessary to comprehend and understand the framework .
And to be able to clarify Laurent Gaude’s narrative vision
describing him as one of modern humanitarian leaders ; that
was clear through the second-time scanning of the works .
By this , in the second part I extracted the poetics of Laurent
Gaude through other element which integrates with each other
to be added to my pure narrative study .
And I approved in this study a selective approach taken from
some other approaches as : Vincent Jouve , Rene Rivera ,
Philippe Hamon , Gerard Genette . which are more flexible to
be applied on the chosen text , so that , my thesis includes two
big parts , are been divided as the following
