Abstract
The treatment of milk with ultra high temperature (UHT) aimed to supply the consumer with healthy milk free from pathogenic bacteria and other microbes that cause gas and others undesirable changes in taste and smell as well as commercial purpose to prolong the shelf life of milk and dairy products for a relatively long time.
