المستخلص 1: The Study Problem: The study problem can be represented by the following questions:- 1- What is the effect of implementing the electronic management on achieving satisfaction for employees that are working in the studying organization? 2- What is the level of implementing the electronic management practices in the studying organization? 3- What is the effect of implementing the electronic management on achieving satisfaction for customers, given the different social assurance rules that are found in the studying organization? 2: The Study Goals: 1- Define the effect of the electronic management on the National Organization for Social Insurance, place of research, on employed satisfaction for employees. 2- Define the effect of implementing the electronic management on achieving employed satisfaction for employees that are working in the studying organization. 3- Define the effect of implementing the electronic management on achieving satisfaction for customers with the existence of different social insurance rules in the studying organization. 3: The Study Importance: The importance of this study comes from the trial of knowing the factors that help in increasing the level of the quality of service and customer satisfaction about this service. In addition, putting training programs for employees working in social insurance offices in order to succeed the role of the electronic management. On the other hand, using the traditional technique for achieving different tasks, which are required from social insurance employees, in the conventional work system may differ from that in electronic management system. This difference, between the traditional and electronic management systems, comes from the perspectives of direct communication with customers, special capabilities for employees working inside the office, as well as employees working outside the office, in order for them to be able to deal with different customers categories and companies’ owners. In addition, consuming much time and efforts for achieving the required quality level and preparing social insurance offices with required equipments to start the stage of fully implementation of electronic management system. Another importance of the study is knowing the role of the electronic management in achieving employed satisfaction for workers, just in case there is any problem that may lead to decrease the morale of workers and hence effect on their achievement in work. The importance of this study can be summarized in some points as follows: 1- Scientific Importance 1/1- The electronic management is considered one of the important recent issues that is resulted from the information and communication technology. Therefore, it is important to care about the information technology’s applications and their related problems. 2/1- The rare of researches and scientific studies that present the electronic management and social insurance sectors. 3/1- The shortage of the studies that present and join the electronic management, employee’s satisfaction, service quality, and customer’s satisfaction. In addition, there is no implementation of those kind of studies inside the ministry of social insurance in the national organization of social insurance, department of workers under governmental and business sectors. 2- Practical Importance Define the effect of implementing the electronic management on the quality of services that are presented to customers in the studying organization 1/2- Focus on the importance of customers’ satisfaction for studying organization services, where number of customers reach (7,587,437) 2/2- The level of quality of services presented in the offices of social insurance decreases, and hence, it is important to make the researches and analysis for the reasons of that reduction and finding the solutions. 3/2- Try to know the role of the electronic management in achieving employed satisfaction for workers, which will effect on customer satisfaction. 4/2- The shortage of scientific researches that present this topic, which is the joint between implementing the electronic management with employed satisfaction and service quality with customer satisfaction. 4- The Study Assumptions: ( The Zero Assumption) 1- There is no morale statistical relation between implementing the electronic management practices, for social insurance services quality, and satisfaction of the employees that work in the studying organization. 2- There is no morale statistical relation between implementing the electronic management practices, for the performance of social insurance services, and customer satisfaction inside the studying organization. 3- There is no morale statistical differences between understanding of both workers, inside the studying organization, and customers, for same services of implementing the electronic management practices of social insurance services performance. 5- The Study Variables 1- First Assumption:- Independent Variable: (the electronic management practices) Dependent Variable: (workers’ satisfaction) 2- Second Assumption:- Independent Variable:- ( Electronic management practices ) Dependent Variable:- ( customers’ satisfaction) 3- Third Assumption Independent Variable:- ( Understanding of both workers inside studying organization and customers ) Dependent Variable:- ( Social insurance services performance) 6-: Research Strategy This study will depend on the descriptive research strategy by defining the research problem and then collecting data [ initial and secondary] The initial data [ will be collected for the first time from the square by filling a survey list] The secondary data [ will be collected by collecting data that is published and presented previously either in books, references, or periodicals and scientific theses. In addition, collecting data that is found in reports and data that is found in the studying organization and specialized organizations, such as the electronic websites and the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and statistics.] The validity of the assumptions is tested by using statistical tools for analysis in order to reach the accurate results and recommendations. The study will be divided into: A- Theoretical Study B- Practical Study 7- The Study ( research) limits 1- This research is limited on workers inside the national organization for social insurance, department of workers under governmental and business sections, and those have social insurance numbers and follow the obligated rules related to social insurance as follows: - Rule number 79 for year 1975. - Rule number 112 for year 1978. - Rule number 108 for year 1976. 2- The research is limited on Cairo city. |
