المستخلص Effectiv dimension of visual culture as an entry point for the development of technied skills among the students of art education at the university of al – aqsa in the light of features of the modern curriculu. Reserch problem in these question : - What is the concept of visual culture? - What are the dimension of visual culture? - What are the twaching skills necessary to prepare the art student? - How effective dimension s of visual culture on cognitive performance and skill for students? - Is ther adifference in the average couse experimental and control groups was due to the variable technical skills in the light of curriculum from their point of view ? To answer these question the researcher used the descriptive and experiential approach in addition to this programme the tests and aquestionnaire after chicking its validity and reliability for the students art in al – aqsa university in 2.13- 2.14 of total number (60) fm dived into two groups in fin art group control (60) The experiential (60) to recognize their skill: There are differences with statistical significance of the level.
