Abstract Every person in the world aims to improve his/her living conditions, and this can be attained by searching for a better opportunity either within his/her country of birth or outside it. After people have searched for security in their own countries and they did not find it, the door for international migration is opened. Until the number of international migrants reached 232 millions in 2013, up from 175 millions in 2000; in other words, the international migrants increased with almost 32.5% within these 13 years.1 Thus, on one hand the lack of “human security” is of people’s migration causes. For this, people migrate mainly searching for “human security”2. So, one of the motives in migration can be formulated as seeking human security or avoiding human insecurity as the root cause. On the other hand; gains to human security can be realized by benefiting from migrants themselves in attaining human security. Thus, “human security” is an impact of migration. Moreover, the World Summit 2005 is considered as a turning point for human security where by it was mentioned in for the first time in an official document of the United Nations. At the same time, excessive migration is considered as one of the real threats of human security in the 21st century that arise more from the actions of millions of people.1 So, the importance of international migration - especially for protecting human security- should be recognized.2 from this point, this part will discuss: |
