Abstract The material of this study included a 50 patients complaining of erectile dysfunction from vasculogenic etiology.. Their mean age was 34.6 years and their mean duration of complaint was 4.6 years mainly of gradual onset (78%) ALL the patients under went the foLLowing investigations : History and physical examination, measurement of serum testosterone and prolactin. biothesionletry test, sacrai latency time, pharn~acological erection test and pharmacological dynamic infusion cavernosometry and cave~nosographyy (DICC). Only 30 patients with diagnosed arterial insufficiency were subjected to selective internal pudendal angiography (SIPA) before revascularization surgeries. All patients that included in the study were hormonal and neurologically free. The patients were subdivided to three groups according to their etiology of erectile dysfunction drawn from the above investigations. |
