The results proved the invalidity of the first question that there is a direct correlation level of education of members of the community and the preservation of the place. And for the following reasons : A.Palaces educated role in maintaining the place, and the lack of awareness of the historical value of the place as a result of the failure of the individual learning within the institution. B.Decline in the value of education among members of the community because it does not provide for an educated work to achieve the quality of life for members of the community. ► Second question : Is there a negative relationship between the non-participation of members of the community and to achieve sustainability of urban development?. The results proved the health of the second question the existence of a relationship between Silh non-participation of members of the community and the sustainability of urban development. And for the following reasons : A. Having the ability to communicate and community participation among residents of the houses because of regular maintenance of identifying their needs by the physical ability to achieve the quality of life for them. B. The lack of community participation among residents of the houses renovated and limiting themselves to facilitate short- term loans , allowing the restoration of the population of their homes resulting in their inability to maintain their housing material thereafter to ensure the preservation of the historic character. ► Third question : Is there a negative correlation between low -income individuals and physical trend towards the restoration of their homes?.
