This research tackles the effect of harmony between Management obligations and employees obligations on quality of work life, according to what individuals perceive.
2- Research problem :
The research problem is presented in the following questions :
1) What is the nature of management obligations towards employees ?
2) What is the nature of employees obligations towards management ?
3) What is the concept and dimensions of quality of work life ?
4) What are the expected obligations towards employees what would positively affect quality of work life in the organization?
5) What are the expected obligations towards management that would positively affect quality of work life in the organization?
6) What is the management degree of knowledge about their obligations towards employees in the organization?
7) What is the effect of harmony between management obligations and employees obligations on quality of work life ?

the research objectives are follows :
1) Identify the concept, nature and content of management obligations towards employees.

4- Research Significance :
The importance of this research is highlighted through the following points :
