The research consists of five chapters in addition to the introductory subjects, a list of references, appendices, the summary of the study in both Arabic and English language and the research classes stated as follows : Chapter I: introduction to the study and includes the introduction, the problem of and the study borders. Chapter II : The theoretical framework that includes hearing Impairment, Kindergarten, the concept of speech and language disorders, language and life skills, communication, the family role to tech language for children with hearing impairment. Chapter IV : study procedures in terms of the study approach, the study sample and study tools. Chapter V : results of the study and discussion them, interpretation, recommendations and proposed research. The list of reference includes (238) reference: (160) reference in Arabic and (78) a reference in English. The study has aimed to examine the effective speech training program for mothers of children with hearing loss to develop some life skills to their children in kindergarten. This study was conducted on (10) mothers and their children with hearing loss (between 26- 55dB(, this study has resulted the effectiveness of the training program to develop life language skills (forming sentences, speech output, the sequence, communication, social relationships, language semantic process to the everyday life demands at home, kindergarten and the periphery.
