Abstract
Shivering is oscillatory movement rhythmic of the top, neck and jaw parties, is common during spinal anesthesia with an incidence of up to 56.7% of patients and causes increased oxygen consumption and production of carbon dioxide, and interference with blood pressure, ECG, and a general feeling of unease is the main foundations of the twitching effects .tlk particularly bother the population birth.
Ephedrine of drugs used to treat low blood pressure during spinal anesthesia and has the perverse effect of vomiting on Algosair.walhvaz term ephedrine in hemodynamics and low minimum core temperature when given by injection into a vein during spine surgery under general anesthesia and despite of meperidine is the best studied in the treatment of tremor medication after anesthesia and other drugs, such as ondansetron, hydrocortisone, tramadol hydrochloride and used nalbuphine side effects such as the Fourth meperidine nausea, vomiting, itching, low blood pressure, bronchospasm, bradycardia, and are reported to malfunction respiratory to be dose-related.
The main concern of this study is to compare the effect of low dose of ephedrine, commonly used during spinal anesthesia services to patients, and shivering in women who undergo caesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia in comparison with meperidine.
