Abstract Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune skin disorder, with ahigh-relapse rate. The etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis are still unclear.Many cytokines produced by inflammatory cells give rise to the induction and maintenance of the psoriatic plaques. Natural killer cells are found in the inflammatory infiltrate in psoriatic skin lesions. They can produce a range of inflammatory cytokines, many of which may have an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Objectives: |
