Abstract This research articulates how Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and cloud computing together can facilitate technology setup in Telemetry (TM) processing and making flexible TM data analysis possible through cloud computing services and deployment models in an easy way, This research introduces the definition of TM system components and its services which can be introduced to partners as well as the design of Telemetry SOA which will answer the question; how a user can get a TM service? It also introduces a SOA design to implement the telemetry on cloud computing. Cloud computing performance parameters were measured using OPNET network tool to check the Quality Of Service (QOS).
