Abstract
Puerperium Refers To the First 6-8 Postnatal Weeks. It is a Period When Great Changes Take Place In Women’s Physical Social And Psychological Setups. These Changes Pose a Challenge to Postnatal Women in Various Ways. Episiotomy is the Most Ferquenty Physical Discomforts one of Which is Episiotomy. Episiotomy is the mostprevent perineal and REcral Trauma. Consequently loss of Perineal Integrity May Cause perineal pain and discomfort that may negatively influece the physical and psychological function of pureperral women.
