All subjects were enrolled -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; Minia maternity university hospital in the period between April 2011, and December 2013. After approval of the ethical committee of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Minia University. A written informed consent was taken -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; every participant in this study. br Full history of socioeconomic and health properties of participants and their husbands, lifestyle, marital status, personal and family history of cancers and women and husbands’ history of genital tract infections, Gynecological abdominal - pelvic examination included speculum examination looking for erosion, ulcer, mass, polyp, blood vessels (normal, congested or abnormal branching) and leukoplakia were done. br The aim of the present study is the Detection of Mullerian Inhibiting Substance Type II Receptor (MISIIR) mRNA By RT- PCR and Its quantitative measures in premalignant and malignant cervical lesions. br Cervical tissue samples were taken in barafen for histopathology and in RNAlater (protect RNA -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; disintegration) for MISIIR gene expression by RT-PCR br The study subjects were classified into cases (women with CIN or cervical squamous cell carcinoma, (NO. = 60) and controls (without cervical lesion, (NO. = 40) br The study revealed that, the mean frequency of age at marriage in years among the studied sample. In cases, 26.83, while in controls, 23.45, with br statistical significant difference between the two groups br The mean frequency of duration of marriage in years among the studied sample. In cases, 15.10, while in controls 20.75, with Highly statistical significant difference between the two groups, br The mean frequency of age at first pregnancy among the studied sample. In cases, 28.49, while in controls 25.05, with highly statistical significant difference between the two groups. Nullipara women were excluded -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; this table in cases (n = 1) and in controls (n=3). br In comparison between both groups in terms of family history of cervical malignancy, the difference was significant.
