Abstract
The regeneration of the amputated hind limbs of early and late larval stages (viz. numbers 53 and 56) of Bufo regular’s Reuss, was studied after amputation at the mid shank level and treatment with the immunosuppressant Cyclophosphamide (CY) in three concentrations (0.1, 1 and 5 mg/ml) in water, either pre-or concomitant with amputation.
