Abstract Vascular and soft tissue calcifications are prevalentin hemodialysis patients. Mortality of hemodialysis patients are likely linked to both vascular and soft tissue calcifications. Ocular calcifications are the most common types of soft-tissue calcification seen in Stage 4 and5 chronic kidney disease. The aim of this study was to determine the possible relationship between vascular calcification with corneal and conjunctival calcification in chronic hemodialysis patients and its relation to demographic data, hemodialysis data and other laboratory findings. |
