Abstract
Pyridazine derivatives have recently much attention from their reactions,
and also, since many pyridazine derivatives were found to possess plant growth
inhibitory and potential therapeutic effects. Tetrazole, thiazole and pyrimidine
derivatives, which are commercially available drugs and agents under clinical
investigations, were the subject of a comprehensive review. Based on these
considerations, our interest was focused on synthesizing new heterocycles including
tetrazolo, thiazolo, and pyrimidopyridazine moieties with suitable substituents.
The antimicrobial activities of some of the prepared compounds have been
screened. In summary, the thesis comprises the following
