Abstract

Design and implementation of new ClComp of ERTU for an ISI and bridging the gap between linear broadcast, information technology and Internet Protocol of television and mobile television is presented. ClComp helps AuthGs reach and engage audiences on any screen television. The solution of ClComp management are available to enhance the applications, security, efficiency, flexibility, greater agility, less expenditure and to overcome geographic limitations to compete in a global market. An important result from the study of public cloud television, it is possible to distribute a private cloud within an organization with new technology using the traditional and new equipment and suitable software. To complete the integration of this equipment, many considerable development works was carried out. With this ClComp, the suitable steps is taken towards the aims, opening paths to new available opportunities as well as making itself an open-source tool for AuthGs. The ClComp has allowed to developers AuthGs and providers identify which technologies and aspects fall into the cloud domain which do Future of ClComp.
It is necessary to know organizational structure plan of ERTU before construct the ClComp in a way that maximizes efficiency and profitability. All of the duties and responsibilities of those in the organizational structure of ERTU must be identified. Lines of AuthGs must be carefully delineated so that all members of the organization will understand what their job responsibilities. By doing so, everyone knows who will report to whom, who the decision makers, and which advisory personnel are on hand to assist in the decision-making process. The study has been made for every function, no matter how large or small the operation, whether it is a major department or single-minor unit.
