Abstract
The study was conducted on 48 patients with acute leukaemia 16 with ALL, 16 with AML and 16 with AML and 16 with AMOL each of them contain 8 patients at initial diagnosis and 8 patients in remission on chemotherapy, bside ten normal subjects of comprable age served as control.
