The study area occupies the northern of the dakahliya governor and extends between latitudes 51 32 31°, 46 11 31° north and between longitudes 45 30 31 °, 20 14 31 ° east. and the study consists of six chapters preceded by an introduction and conclusion followed by references and a list of Arab. and foreign sources.
The Aim of this study: identifying the components of the electric system in Belkas including the electric nets responsible for both transferring an distributing electricity and the amount of electricity used in different fields , Identifying the most important economic and social influences of electricity in villages by applying the study to some rural parts of Belkas and by tracing the effects intro a productive factor through the use of electricity in agricultural equipments and the inauguration of industrial fields, Identifying electricity problems in Belkas and suggesting .
