Abstract
Clinical practices are the heart of nursing professional program of study and the most widely discussed issue. This study aims designed an educational program about clinical teaching for faculty clinical instructors, implementing the educational program, evaluating the effectiveness of the designed program on clinical instructors performance. This study conducted at the faculty of nursing of Port Said University two subjects the study student consist of 276. Also study all (25) clinical instructors. The present study was conducted in general departments in Al-Amery, Al-Tadamen, Al-Mabra, Al-Zhore, Al-Nasr general hospital. Results revealed that. The total percentage (100%) of clinical instructors performance had competent indifferent activities in immediate post program and after three months of implementing the program as judge by their students and researcher, Percentage mean score of knowledge of clinical instructors increase immediate after the program and decrease after three months of implementation of the program.
