Abstract
To investigate the effect of using different resin composite restorations for restoring conservative mesio-occluso-distal (MOD) cavities on the incremental and
accumulative cuspal deflection. Forty extracted, sound human maxillary second premolar teeth were subjected to standardized MOD cavity preparation. Two group, of 20teeth, were restored with either FiltekTM Z250 (3M ESPE, USA) or FiltekTM P90 3M ESPE, USA.
