the most effective factor in client satisfaction 76.91%, and then the provided
services to the client’s 49.14%. Based on the results, it is concluded that: time of
training affects quality of family planning counseling of nurse’s practice, providers
of the services and the provided services affect the client satisfaction. It can be
recommended that the nurses need continuous retraining to keep up to date for
effective counseling and to improve their practices, regular group education for
clients should be demonstrated. Make referral places for clients and ensure that they
