Abstract
treasure The processing of the industrial wastes such as the petroleum ash
which containing substantial quantities of toxic and/ or valuable components
becomes an absolute necessity for their separation. The recovery or separation
of such elements can be attained for two important aspects namely: the
economical one to save raw materials and the second is the protection of the
environment from dispersed toxic compounds. Therefore, studies are being
carried out aimed to develop new or modified hydrometallurgical processes for
the separation of metals such as: V, Ni, U, Zr and Hf. To achieve this aim the
author construct the suitable plan of work to leach, determine, extract and
separate the valuable elements from petroleum ash samples.
