Abstract
This study included 20 patients with blunt liver injuries patients were hemodynamically stable with no signs of peritonitis or other associated injuries all study population subjected to full history taken, complete clinical examination, serial vital data monitoring laboratory investigations, serial abdominal ultrasound, and abdominal CT.
