Abstract This current study carried out to assess the utilization of mini implant as an alternative treatment modality when narrow space occur in the anterior region of the mandible both clinically and radiographically. Ten mini implants 2.4 mm diameter with 10 mm and 13 mm length were inserted in 10 patients“When there is a lack of space for classic implant 3.75 mm diameter and insufficient bone or both, as well as for economic state of the patient” who need fixed single restoration in the anterior region. In these patients, an immediate-loading treatment protocol which included flapless surgery(transmucosal) was chosen. These implants will be put under function immediately at 4 days postoperatively. |
