Abstract The summary of the work about investigation of the utility of the reaction of previous reported pyrazolone derivatives with glucosyl bromide and peracetylated sugar, 4-bromobutylacetate or 2-acetoxyethoxymethylbromid, for the synthesis of some cyclic and acyclic nucleosides, and with allyl &Compounds 4a-c can be obtained by the reaction of 3 methyl-1-aryl-2-pyrazolin-5-one 1a-h with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosyl bromide 3, and the same compounds 4a-c can be obtained by MW irradiation of 1a-h with peracetylated glucose 2 (Scheme 1). Treatment of pyrazoloe 1a with peracetylated ribose 6 in the presence of HMDS / SnCl4 afforded 3-methyl-1-(2`,3`,5`-tri- O-acetyl-B-D-ribofuranosyl)-4-(2-phenylhydrazono)-1H-pyrazol- 5(4H)-one (7) (Scheme 2). propargyl bromide |
