Abstract
This is a scientific report submitted for the fulfillment of the Degree of Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. The report addresses the subject of control of industrial ventilation system. The report is to discuss the components and design of control system of an industrial ventilation of a factory for Yam and Textile ”MISR Kafr Aldawar Company”. The report consists of five chapters starting from chapter one which describes the general control system and the HV AC control requirements, then in chapter two the ventilation systems and ventilation systems in industry are discussed. Chapter three includes Control of air velocity, temperature, relative humidity, pressure and Pumps & Fans Control. In chapter four a case study of an industrial ventilation system for Yarn and Textile factory for at Kafr Aldawar is designed. Finally, chapter five gives details and selection of the control system for the designed ventilation system of Kafr Aldawar yarn and textile factory is detailed.
