Abstract
This study was conducted on 25 traumatized dogs had fractures in skeletal bones and held clinical , radiological diagnosis and subjected to orthopedic surgeries. samples were taken for Bacteriology testing during and after surgical operations at different intervals. The bacteria isolated were Grampositive
bacteria by 53.3 % ,Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,
Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis and isolated group of
Gram - negative bacteria by 46.6 % , Aeromonas hydrophila and
Stenotrophomonas maltophilia , Klebsiella pneumoniae , Proteus vulgaris.Microbes showed resistance to a number of antibiotics and I study recommended that the different ways of sterilization attention before, during
and after conduct operations with antibiotics referred to previously for a
period of not less than 10 days.
