Abstract

The present investigation aims to detect and identify the molecular characteristic of the defensin genes that are present in farm animals (especially buffaloes and cows) in egypt. To achieve this purpose milking infected buffaloes and cows were collected -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; faculty of veterinary medicine farm and faculty of agriculture farm (Ibis) alexandria university.
