Abstract

Due to the increasing importance of the role played by pseudomonasas animportant pathogen causing serious infections in birds, animals, fish and human beings, the present study was conducted for studying Pseudomonas pyocyanea micro-organism of poultry. A total of 1280 samples were obtained from apparently healthy 250 and ailing chickens 1030, samples were also obtained from diseased turkeys and ducks 450 and 350 respectively). All samples were cultured on ordinary media, pseudomonas base agar and hektoen enteric agar and were incubated at 37 C for 24 hours. The isolates were identified on the basis of cultural characters, microscopical examination and biochemical reactions. The present results revealed the isolation of pseudomonas pyocyanea in 2.7% from apparently healthy chickens, 6.7% from diseased chickens, 4.4% and 3.4% from diseased turkeys and ducks, respectively. They included a higher rate of anal spaces to isolate the microbe in healthy chicks which 6% and liver samples in diseased chickens 9.5% and 8% Russians patient. When testing for allergies Alsdomons Baossian microbe was found to be sensitive to the following antibiotics: Alameksin 100% Ganitamesen by 63.1% and non-sensitive to other antibiotics. The record Alsidonos Baossian microbe isolated from the liver highest rates of the disease were compared including anal swab isolation of the same organism and the mortality rate was recorded 100% after 24 hours of subcutaneous injection. The foregoing, it can be combined microbe Alsidmons Baossian as one of the causes of infection in birds during a laboratory diagnosis routine also takes into account the preventive measures at poultry farming and the need to develop programs for insulation on a national scale as large as can be availed system local technical rating Albiossina used in this study.
