Abstract

Estimation of trace elements in food of animal orgain such as flS’l ane!
meat is of importance for the publ ic heal th point of view, and elevation
of these trace elements in food reflect a hazard to consumers. The present
study was performed to determine some trace ol c rncrrts such as s tr o-rtiu.n.
cadmium, lead, copper, manganese aC1d~j’.’
fish, imported canned fish and imported Jr oz c» !
A total of 135 samples were collected from different localities at Assiut
City, the collected samples were composed of 60 imported frozen rnClc:’:crcl
fish, 45 imported canned fish and 30 imported :rozec meat samples.
The samples. were digested and prC’~,.’•ccJ (or measor emcnt the l e vo:
