Abstract

In the present study, the pharmacokinetic profiles of sulphaquinoxaline and amprolium were studied following oral and intravenous administration in normal chickens. Bioavailability of both drugs were computed in normal chickens after oral administration.
The concentrations of sulphaquinoxaline and amprolium in plasma and tissues were assayed colorimetrically.
Kinetics Asalafaquinoksalyn and Alambrolam in the chicken :
This study was conducted on 27 chickens from broilers White has been split chicken into two groups, the first consisting of 15 chickens to study the kinetics of Asalafakinukisalyn , and the second consists of 12 chickens to study the kinetics of Alambroljum used in this study two properties of anti- coccidiosis first is Asalafaquinoksalyn The second is Alambroljum where he was studying the Alvarmakokinikih aspects of each of the two drugs on the proper chicken on the other hand, this study aimed to determine the waste of these drugs in tissues and organs after the end of giving treatment.
The results showed the following:
First : Asalafaquinoksalyn :
Experiment was conducted on 15 healthy chickens , including 5 Hvenhm was once in the vein 100 mg Silvaquinoksalyn per kg of the weight of the chicken has been shown that the half-life for the alpha phase was 0.16 times .
It was to give the 15 chickens Other property orally at 100 mg / kg of body weight has reached the highest concentration of the drug in blood plasma after about 4 hours.
It has been shown that the absorption half - life period is 1.48 hours .
When repeat giving oral medication arrived highest concentration in the blood after 4 hours of administration.
The drug concentrations were measured in some tissues of the body after the last dose of repeated administration of oral and was estimated at 92.98 micrograms per gram in Alklitino 65.74 micro gram per gram in the lung.
It has been shown that the drug can not be measured in both blood plasma and brain and fat Zaadilat the thigh on the fourth day after the last dose of repeated administration .
As for converting drug Asalafaquinoksalyn vary and quality ratio in the blood plasma during repeated administration , we find that the percentage for Steel Asalafaquinoksalyn compound be low on the first day and then begin to rise in the next few days and then disappear as the parent compound disappeared .
Second : Alambrolam :
Experiment was conducted on 12 healthy chickens , of whom 5 were injected once intravenously at 30 mg hydrochloride Alambrolam a per kg weight of the chicken has been shown that the half-life for the alpha phase was 0178 times .
After giving the 12 chickens oral medication has reached highest Tercazelldoa in blood plasma after about 4 hours.
It has been shown that the absorption half - life period is 1.19 hours .
When repeated to give oral medication at a rate of 30 mg / kg of body weight chicken once a day for five consecutive days reached its highest concentration in the blood after 4 hours of administration.
Have been concentrations of the drug in some tissues of the body after the last dose of administration repeated oral has been shown that the drug can not be measured in each of the Albulaoma for blood , skin and brain in the sea, the third after the last dose of administration repeated and can not be measured in the whole body on the fourth day after the last dose of repeated administration .
