Abstract
Sheep is considered as one of human source for wool, meat, and sometimes milk. Although beef meat is preferable by Egyptian peoples than that of sheep, but in Libya, as well as other countries of North Africa the mutton is more preferable than other kinds of meat Our study aimed to carry out a survey to investigate sheep problems in libya through :
1- Determination the normal haematological picture and some
biochemical parameters of healthy sheep
2- Recording the associated symptoms of each problem and to
confirm the diagnosis of each one .
3- Determination the effect of each disease condition on
haemtological co.stituents .
4- Estimation the effect of each problem on some biochemical
parameters throu,h serological examination. In our study we classified these problems respiratory affections mange into Alopecia, anaemia , , ; and locomotor disturbance Symptoms of (mentioned before) with the laboratory diagnosis . each aids group problem to confirm the diagnosis.
