Abstract
The presnt investigation was performed on dogs of both sexes and were anaesthetized by thiopentone sodium in a dose of 15 mg./kg B.W. and on the isolated heart of four frogs, to investigate the mechanism of the lethal effect of a crude toxin extracted from the viscera of a poisonous Red sea fish.
