Abstract
In this scientific report: The first chapter is an explanation ofa 150 MW steam unit of Abu Qir power ’station and each component separately and each circuit of this components and how it works and the control system of it. Chapter two is talking about the master fuel trips and what reason could make the boiler trip for safety, the causes of boiler explosion and hov,’ to avoid the explosion and two case studies of the boi Icr of unit two and three in Abu Qir power station.Chapter three is talking about the causes of boiler failure due to bad operation conditions and careless of safe and good operation.Chapter four is a simple explanation of the work boiler tests to ensure that they work efficiently and without problems depending on the specific timetable on three basic inspection methods.
