Abstract
Cultivation of unicellular green algae both fresh water and marine species has been conducted successfully in waste water liquid and water extracts of sewage sludge yip and wong 1978 as well as in barley and soybean wastes wong 1977 culturing of the prokaryotic microalga spirulina maxima on cow manure wastes was done by oronet al 1979 improved growth was obtained at ph 9.2 and temperature above 32c.
