Abstract The problem of this study was derived from law students’ inability to write English legal documents using the appropriate features of legal writing Accordingly,the study was an attempt to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed ESP program based on job analysis in developing English legal writing among fourth year law students, English Section.The study answered the following main research question:“To what extent will the proposed ESP program based on job analysis be effective in developing legal writing for law students, English Section?
