Abstract

The current study investigated the effects of polymorphisms in interleukin (IL-10) on the natural course of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. This study was carried in Pediatric Hepatology Unit, Cairo University Children’s Hospital. A total of 40 anti-HCV antibody seropositive children were classified into two groups, those who were responders or non responders to HCV treatment
