Abstract
College nursing students are increasingly undertaking paid term-time employment to finance their living expenses and studies. Nursing students in higher education are spending more time in paid employment during their study despite evidence that this can impact negatively on their academic performance. The aim of the study was to determine the rate of undergraduate nursing students’ employment and investigate its relation to their academic performance.
