عني هذا البحث بدراسة بلاغة الخطاب السياسى عند الشاعر الليبى على صدقى عبد القادر و بيان القضايا النقدية التى تناولها و مدى افادته من الوسائل البلاغية و الفنية التى اوجدها النقاد و بالوقوف على شعره السياسى فى اعماله الشعرية الكاملة نجده قد اهتم بقضايا معينة كالرمز و التناص و تبادل الاساليب و الصيغ و القص الشعرى و موسيقا الشعر
و قد انتهى البحث الى ان نصوصه فى الشعر السياسى حفلت بالوسائل البلاغية التى اسهمت فى اثراء النص و اثبتت تمكن الشاعر من ادواته الفنية و قدرته على جذب انتباه الملتقي و التاثير فيه
كما كشفت الدراسة على اهتمام الشاعر بقضايا وطنه و امته و كشفه للعملاء و الخونة و المناداة بالتحرر و حرصه على الاسهام فى كل ما يخدم تلك القضايا بشعره الباعث على التحرر انطلاقاً من الوعى التام بدور الادب فى نشر الوعى و تحفيز الهمم
Ali seddki Abd El-Kader is a Libyan poet, one of the leaders of free verse poetry, and of the calkers to new style in poetry in Libya. He focused on the causes of his country and nation. He used his political poetry to spread his ideas which called for freedom and overcoming every restraint using rhetoric style to impress the audience and gain their attention. On reviewing his political poetry, the study required an abstract is also an introduction discussing two issues; first is the nature of (political speech) and the second ia a biography of the poet, and five chapters, a closure, and a list of sources and references. It includes three topics: First one: Alternation between informative in listing and formula. Second one: Alternation between self-formula and formula of the other. Third one: Alternation between informative listing and insertion of regression. Chapter five: The musical pattern of the political poetry of the poet. It includes three topicsFirst one: The pattern of rhythm in his political poetry. Second one: The pattern of bead in his political poetry. Third one: The internal music.
