المستخلص This study aims at discovering the size, type, and significance of the relationship between peers relationships and mental health of various academic achievement levels by the descriptive analytical methods was uses because of its suitability for the nature of the study. Researcher prepares two scales for this study: -Scale of peer relationships, it included four dimensions: Academic competitions, acceptance of peers, self - acceptance, parent support. -Scale of mental health, it included three dimensions: academic conformity – self confidence, emotional stability. This study was done an 800 male and female students from the first and third grade of the prep. stage. Results: -Discrimination between levels of academic achievement can be determined through their score in self confidence and emotional stability. -There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the prep. stage students on the scale peer relationship and the scale of mental health for the three levels of academic achievement. This relationship increases as the academic achievement level increase. |
