Because There are a lot of Environmental Problems and Most of Them Come
Back to the Human Behavior Towards the Environment and to his Need of Basics
and Morals Calling for living in Peace with Warnings Followed Each other in All
Countries from the Dark Future that Threatens the Humanity .
The Recent Years Witnessed Increasing Awareness that the Developing Efforts and
Surviving the Human Sex are Surrounded by Increasing Dangers . Moreover,
Because of this Increase in the Awareness, the Scientists and the Specialists Claimed
that the Reform and the Evaluation of the Environmental Balance Disturbance is
Based on the Human’s Shoulder Because he is the First Beneficiary. Hence, the
School Curricula Must Give due Care to all Different Stages of learning Especially
the Stage of Commercial Secondary learning to the Students’ Environment which
they Communicate with in their Different life Stages .They Feel the Importance of
the Environment to Keep its Components and Natural Fortunes and to Help them to
have the Environmental Moral to Plant Values and to Develop the Concepts .
Hence there are Positive Attitudes Towards Environment and Necessary Skills to
Understand the Complex Relationships Which Connect the Man with his
Environment .
A lot of Researchers in the Environmental Field have all Agreed that Pollution is
Undesirable Change in the Characteristics of Physics, Chemistry or Biology for the
Nature Environment .
It Might Cause Harm for the Environment and for living Things .
It Forms A base of the Human Activity ( Involving the Pollution of Water) Although
there has Been Natural Pollution over Thousands of Years ( e.g. Volcanos’ Eruption
and Forests Fires ) the Environment was Able to Deal with it Pollution , Yet , Today
the Environment can’t Deal in the Same Amount of Efficiency with the Big Sudden
Increase in the Man-Made Pollution .
Thus, from what Proceeded, the Urgent and Necessary Need for the Current
Research Problem has Become Clear in the Necessity of Building a Suggested
Programme in the Environmental Education to Develop the Environmental Concepts
and Attitudes for the Students of the Commercial Secondary Stage in A . R . E.
This Programme Enables Students to Develop the Information , the Concepts
and the Positive Attitudes Towards the Environment Through the Curricula of the
Commercial Subjects . It’s Obvious that these Curricula haven’t Any Culture,
Environmental Awareness, Information or the Environmental Concepts . Therefore ,
the Commercial Secondary Stage is the Only Educational Stage in the Arab Republic
of Egypt which is Neglected in its Curricula and Activities Towards the Environment
and the Environmental Education .
