Abstract

Mdicago sativa L.)sprouts are often consumed as vegetablesalad. Its leaves or seeds are also sold as bulk powdered herb .Capsules,and tablets fornutritional supplement in healthfood store. Alfalfa is oneof themostpalatable
forages, providing high energy,and protein for
dairycows as well other types of live
stock .The thesis was designed to investigate:1-To study the chemical composition of alfalfa seeds.2-
Assessment of the biological evaluation of alfalfa seeds by usin
galbino rats.3
Estimation of the antibacterial potency of different organic extractionsolvents on bacteria.4
To study the properties of bread supplemented with difference ratio of
