Nowadays the government gives attention to reclaiming and cultivation new land and build new belts in order to redistribute the population all- over the new land in abetter way as well as to reform the balance between population increase and the natural resources through increasing agricultural production. The agricultural extension played agreat role in development comprehensive in the new belts, it can realization this role by agricultural extension. Therefore, it was necessary to conduct this study in order to identify activities and problems of agricultural extension agents in the new belts.
For the previously mentioned point, the research was conducted with the main objectives of:
1)Identify some characteristic personality and professional of agricultural extension agents.
2)Identify being fields of agricultural extension in the new belts from the standpoint of the guides, their carrying out to her and their desire in her carrying out in the future.
3)Identify importance field’s activity extension from the Standpoint of the guides and their carrying out to her.
4)Determine of the degree of the agent’s agreement for importance and their carrying out for field’s activity extension.
5)Identify the problems that face agricultural extension agents during their carrying out their agricultural extension commissions.

Methodology:
The global of study was represented in all agricultural workers in agriculture extensional organization in five belts follow Mubark national scheme for settling and developing newly reclaimed lands at Nubaria zone, and their amounted I l 1 agriculture extension agents.
Determined the study sample was by using Krejicie and Morgan equation, so the total sample was 87 agriculture extension agents , represented 78.3 % of the total amounting .
Data were collected through a questionnaire by interviewing respondents, this questionnaire contains three main parts , first was some characteristic personality and professional of agricultural extension agents , second part was include fields and activities the work extension in new belts and third part was include the problems that face agricultural extension agents during their carrying out their agricultural extension commissions.
Descriptive statistics and table presentation were used to display research Finsigs. Means, modes, standard deviation, middle degree, Kendall coefficient of concordance were used to analyze data statistically .The output of the study was presented as five chapters.
Results: I: The personality and professionally properties for the agricultural guides whom were under consideration:
About age the results showed that, most of the agricultural
guides whom were under consideration (88.5%) their ages weren’t greater than 48 years old, and about the native, results
showed that, most of the agricultural guides whom were under
consideration (69%) their native were rustic, it also showed that most of the agricultural guide whom were under consideration
(75.9%) they lived in the area which they work in, and also showed that most of the agricultural guides whom were under
consideration (80.5)their degree was bachelor , about the agricultural guides specialization during their study it showed that most of the agricultural guides whom were under
consideration ( 66.7% ) didn’t specialization in the agriculture guidance field , and most of them obtained training sessions during the service ( 95.4% ) , and that, ( 66.7 % ) of them obtained less than 8 sessions only , It also showed that , a range
of the supervision for the agricultural guides whom were under consideration was expansion, where about half of them ( 47.1% ) were supervise on less than 2400 feddan ,while more than half of them ( 59.8% ) were supervise on less than 733 farmers , and about connection with the guides experts it showed that ( 89.7%) of them were connect with the guides experts, and showed that nearly the same rate were connect with the guides experts less than 7 times monthly, and showed that the most of agricultural
guides whom were under consideration(63.2%) they were not affiliated to any official nor-public organisms, and that most of the agricultural guides whom were under consideration (77%) satisfied from their guidance job very much ,and most of them(66%)confirm that,there were saving the following guidance requirements : the assembly hall , and the poster , and
the written tools, televisions , cars and the panels of the show , and concerning of the agricultural guides face to the source of
the information which they take their information from it the results made clear that the most of them face it by high step
relatively, where were limit by average 3.62 for technician pamphlets and the agricultural magazines ,And minimum 2.75 of the agricultural radio programs . So their utilization was from
that references which they face it, relatively very much between maximum 2.67 to a tow source of director of the agricultural guidance in the area and the training sessions, and minimum 2.08
to a source of agricultural radio programs. II: Get acquainted with presence of agricultural guidance work scopes in the new lands according,to the standpoint of the agricultural guides and their carrying out it and their desire to carrying out it in the future.
The results showed that most of the Agricultural guides had
desire to the carrying out all of a guidance work scopes in the future, and that the guidance work scopes which they confirm by it’s presence was high for the six of a scopes, it possible arrangement from top to bottom as follows: raising the qualification of agricultural productivity (animals and plants) , a discovery and the development of the rustic president in the area, preserving the natural resources and the environmental protection from pollution , taking part in the general matters,
management the agricultural works,the development of the local society. While it was middle for only tow fields: management of
the indoor works and the family life, the development of the rustic youth. While it was low for the field of a marketing and
the agricultural products consumption. wherefrom the carrying out, the results showed that the guidance scopes which the
agricultural guides carried out it was high for four scopes it’s
possible arrangement from top to bottom as follows: raising the qualification of agricultural productivity (animals and plants), a discovery and the development of the rustic president in the area, management of the agricultural works, the development of the local society, while it was middle for four scopes was it’s possible arrangement from top to bottom as follows: preserving the natural resources and the environmental protection from
pollution , taking part in general matters, management of the indoor works and the family life, the development of the rustic youth While it was low for the field of a marketing and consumption the agricultural products. III: Getacquainted with the proportionally importance to the agricultural guidance work scopes according to the standpoint of the agricultural guides and their carrying out it.
The results showed that most of the agricultural guides whom
were under consideration , they offer high guidance importance
above for all the guidance activities in all studied scopes and it’s possible arrangement from top to bottom according to it’s importance by follows: raising the qualification of agricultural productivity (animals and plants), preserving the natural resources and the environmental protection from pollution, the development of the rustic youth, the development of the local society, management the indoor works and the family life , a
management agricultural works , taking part in the genera matters, and latterly a marketing and consumption of the agricultural products.
wherefrom the state of the carrying out for the activities of the guidance work scopes, the most of them carrying out it by high steps in the flowing raising the qualification of agricultural productivity (animals and plants), a discovery and the development of the rustic president in the area, preserving the natural resources and the environmental protection from pollution, and by high and middle steps for, management the indoor works and the family life, the development of the local society, taking part in the general matters , management agricultural works , the development of the rustic youth, and was middle or low for marketing and consumption of the agricultural products. IV: Determine of a step of agreement among the agricultural guides view and the carrying out of the agricultural guidance work scope in the new tracts it show that.
1-There are an agreement between the views of the agricultural
guides in importance of the activities of the coming scopes and their carrying out to it: Marketing and consumption of the agricultural products. Management agricultural works, the development of the local society, the development of the rustic youth, taking part in the general matters, management agricultural works, thus the refusal of the statistical supposals 1, 2, 5, 8, 9 which in the third section from this study, And the acceptance of the substitute theoretical supposals for those scopes.The results showed an agreement of all agricultural6scopes.The results showed an agreement of all agricultural guides, whom were under consideration about importance of those scopes and their carrying out for it.
2- There weren’t an agreement among the views of the agricultural guides in importance of the activities of the coming
scopes and their carrying out to it: Raising the qualification of agricultural productivity (animals and plants), preserving the natural resources and the environmental protection from
pollution , management of the family life , a discovery and the
development of the rustic president in the area. As for a causality, accepts the statistical supposals 3, 4, 6,7 in the third section, and the refusal of the substitute theoretical supposals V: Get acquainted with the presence of general and specific problems, which limit the guidance work in the area of the study according to standpoint of agricultural guides and it’s importance to them. A) The general problems:
The results showed that, the more important problems which were face the agricultural guides in the area of the study as following: The smallness of encouraging bonus and motives, the dwindling of the salaries, the droop of the appropriated budget for the guidance activities, the smallness of the progress opportunities, smallness of the movement means in the area, smallness of the number of the found guides in the area, the material support for teaching or training programs was very low, the increase of a number farmers who the guide supervises them,
the centralization in the guidance work, the giving flexibility to
the agricultural guide in the performance of the guidance currency was deprived, most of the time they doing not guidance work.
Li) Specification guidance problems:
The results showed that ,most of the agricultural guides
which were under consideration, they offer High Importance above for all the problems which they face it during their performance for the activities of the guidance work scopes in new tracts, It possible arrangement from top to bottom according to it’s importance as follows: marketing and consumption of the agricultural products, preserving the natural resources and the environmental protection from pollution, the development of the local society, taking part in the gene’ral matters, management of the family life , the development of the rustic youth, raising the qualification of agricultural ’productivity, a discovery and the development of the rustic president in the area , agricultural management
wherefrom a presence of that problems in the area of the study, the results showed that ,most of the agricultural guides whom
were under consideration, they confirmed presence of the problems which face them during their performance for the activities of the guidance work scopes, It possible arrangement from top to bottom according to it’s presence as follows: marketing and consumption of the agricultural products, preserving the natural resources and the environmental protection from pollution, management of the home and family
life , the development of the local society, taking part in the general matters, the development of the rustic youth , raising the qualification of agricultural productivity (animals and plants ) , discovery and development of the rustic leaders in the area and management of the agricultural works.
