The health sector reform program (HSRP) aims for achieving universal coverage for the entire population by adopting the family health model as the entry point to a bio-psycho-social approach in providing comprehensive health services at the individual, family and community level. The PHC program has been supported over the years by a series of projects aiming at improving specific components of the PHC service package and each of the projects developed its own strategies and resource material. The result was a huge amount of manuals and guidelines to be used at the PHC and for training. |
