Abstract
Isolation of different bacterial isolates after treatment of the two type of soil by half of the application rate of atrazine was studied. Isolates from calcareous soil were presented as A, B, C, and D, while those from clay loam soil were F, G, H and I, The highest atrazine degradation percentage was obtained from isolate A (47.97%).
