Abstract
The aim of this study was to compare the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth with interrupted ferrule using two types of postcore systems.Materials and methods: Forty extracted human maxillary central incisorswere decoronated 2mm to the proximal cement-enamel junction and endodontically treated. Teeth were divided into two groups according to the type of restorative material (n=20), and then each group was subdivided into four subgroups according to the ferrule Cast ׃ continuity (n=5). Group1 post-core and metal ceramic crown.
