Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic auto immune disorder with multi-organ involvement . It is characterized by the production of numerous autoantibodies. Its course is characterised by flares and remissions The diagnosis of SLE was established according to the 1982 revised American Rheumatism Association criteria and disease activity were evaluated with the SLE Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI). Our study aimed to study the level of C3,C4 , Anti-dsDNA antibodies and estimation of SLEDAI scores in SLE patients during activity and
remission. we correlate these bicrnarkers with SLEDAI score.
