Libertarianism is considered an intellectual trend in contemporary philosophy. It has become very known in the post modernism. Yet, it has become one of the basic aspects of the contemporary ideological debate; this is because of the regularity of its principles whose contents controlled the contemporary political, economic, social, and cultural situation.
This trend has adopted the mission of dismantling totalitarian regimes those who have been considered by thinkers as libertarians or liberal anarchists in controlled meaning which refuses dogmatic ideas and the probability of the absorption of words that have many meanings not only in different ages but also between thinkers at the same age. To conclude that no sole intellectual trend that could be intuitive axioms but most of them introduce efforts (vindicatory or fair) that explain the nature of reality in the political, economic or social terms.
Robert Nozick (1938-2002), the Jew thinkers in one of the contemporary libertarianism who tried to entrench the principles of libertarianism and tried to show its impact in the formation of political and ethical obligation. The main question in Nozick’s thought is in policy and the way by which the state could work politically, economically and socially in order to protect individual rights and personal freedoms. He has formulated his intellectual theories to achieve that goal. He asserted on the minimal state which should doubt or question authoritarianism that doesn’t coincide with that huge bulk of differences between individuals. His theory depends on establishments of protection in which sharing is voluntarily and it is the only legal state according to the ethical trend, this is on the political level. On the economic standard, he asserted the theory of ownership called ”Entitlement theory” which is a matter of the questioning about how could the owner deserves legality in his properties, and as a result for his theory of entitlement, Nozick formulates new theories for social justice. This thesis raises controversy around the analysis of the new world order beneath which what is implied of differences, hence, I tried to be with and against this trend and its impacts on the Arab world.
